Please pay attention to your tracking information so you know when your plant will be delivered. Plants should not be exposed to the elements or left in a hot or cold mailbox for extended periods of time. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if plants are damaged or die during shipping or if the health of your plant does not look well.
A photograph of the plant must be sent within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. The plants must be with the original pot or package. If the plants are replanted, no replacements or refunds can be given.
